•If you decide to switch techniques, you’ll have the option to do so.

Your appointment is not complete until you pay the non-refundable $75 booking fee.
If you have received a brow procedure before from another artist, please first send us some photos of your brows via text. This is for verification purpose.
Appointments can be rescheduled One Time Only and NOT multiple times.
If you need to reschedule your brow procedure appointment for any reason, you may apply your $75 booking fee to your new appointment if ONLY given 3 days notice.
If we do not have a 3 days notice we will need to collect another $75 booking fee to reschedule.
The deposit is non-refundable if the appointment is cancelled within 5 days of the scheduled time.
Any appointment canceled within 24 hours of the scheduled time will require payment in full to be rescheduled.
